Hi,
I haven't use my Versa for along time now I'm trying charge it in order to reuse it but it's stuck on logo screen, I tried to restart it and to reset it to factory and no thing works.
If I charge it after a while I got stuck logo screen, then I try to reset it I got blank screen.
please help me,

Hi @bashar.talal , how long did you not use your Versa? When your Versa is in the charger, do you see if it's charging at all?? If yes, let your Versa in the charger for at least 3 hours and try again. If nothing works/happens, call Customer Support about your problem (probably a dead battery). Regards kuzibri

thanks @SunsetRunner I charge it more than 3 hours, and no I can't see if it's charging or not.
I will call support.
