my versa3 not tracking my heart and steps, also settings wont work but time and other functions work

my versa3 stopped tracking my heart rate and steps, the settings screen is blank,so i cant do factory reset,  but time is correct and other functions work

Hi @ian15 - the problem may be partially due to the clock face.

If the watch is syncing try changing the clock face from the Gallery tile or from the Clocks app by swiping the watch face to the left.

Also just restarting the watch may help, hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for the watch to start.
