That's not enough information to go on.

Which Fitbit model?

Do you mean you don't know how to navigate to the various menus, or do you mean you press a button or swipe and nothing happens, or something else?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Its fitbit versa 2
I press a button or swipe and nothing happens. Or sometimes when I swipe, a
menu of app gallery opens but I am not able to select anything.
