I have recently gotten a Versa Lite and I started to set it up and it said it needed to update. I just started the update and it took a very long time, so I turned off the watch and tried again, this time after about 30 minutes, the screen appeared with a red x. I have tried everything that the trouble shooting article says and have tried to update it at least 5 times now. Please help! I have made sure my bluetooth is on and even tried to reconnect it. I have restarted the wifi to help it, and even tried to connect it to my computer to update it on the dashboard but nothing is working. Please help!!

Hi @Cassie.c Have you tried THIS Help Article on update problems? Have you still got the red X on your screen? If you do, try a Factory Reset. If all else fails, contact Support
BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2 AND VERSA LITE
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.
