new Versa unable to sync with my Huawei Mate 10 Pro

Hi,

 

I cant seem to sync my Versa on my phone. I have reinstalled the App few times now and also installed the Sync Fix for Fitbit app as i use a Huawei phone. I have followed all instructions, ever since 3 hours ago i was able to sync (after reinstalling Fitbit and re-pairing my Versa), but now it wont sync again.

 

Does anyone know if theres any other way to fix this besides reinstalling/repairing the fitbit app/versa each time?

@Winstar Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry to hear about your Versa not syncing with your phone. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, since you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
