new phone and weird problem

This is not a Versa 2 problem. My husband needs to set up Fitbit app on his new phone. He is getting the message that his email address is already in use by another account. It was in use on his old phone, of course, but how do we get around this issue? The old phone is no longer in use! How do we persuade Fitbit to understand that he is the same person with a new phone?

Hi @swampmilkweed - When you set up the app on his new phone, look for the option to Sign In.  He does not need a new account. He just needs to sign in to his current account on the new phone. This will preserve all his data.
