My versa two with Alexa doesn’t work either! Last night my phone wouldn’t even sync to my versa 2, and I had to wait until this morning to get it to sync with the account again… All of the recordings for my Fitbit Alexa or just garbled static noises...

Found answer and just restarted the router and everything seems to be
working
