I can't even restart my Fitbit.  It won't let me do anything.

My app is continuously asking to pair with my Fitbit. Looks like it’s paired, but it’s not

I tried that, too, and got nowhere.

Same.  The app keeps showing like it's syncing, but it's not.

Hi @alislew - strangely try removing the watch Bluetooth entries from the phone.

Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window.

Restart both watch and phone.

Login to the Fitbit App and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts.

Try manual sync, if this fails click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device " and replace to force a new Bluetooth connection.

Thanks but I've tried everything.

Looks like the Fitbit is defunkt and I'll only be able to use it as a watch 😢

It will now only connect to Bluetooth via my iPad not phone!

@alislew- if you have multiple devices using Bluetooth that can be an issue, the watch can only be connected to one at a time.
