no "clock app" found

I have just purchased a new Versa and have installed 3 additional clock faces. Each appeared on the watch when the instal finished. However, when I tried to select from the installed faces I require the "clock app" which is not on my watch as far as I can tell. I have installed a couple of additional apps and they show up along with other pre-installed apps, but no clock.

Can anyone help me here?

@kenck  Navigate to the "Apps" in the Fitbirt app and see if you can see the "Clocks" app under "My Apps".  If it's not there, select "All Apps" and scroll down to "By Fitbit" and select "Clocks" and install it.

Can't find "My apps" in FitBit. I'm guessing it would be in my profile but, nope. When I go to the FitBit apps list (all) there is no clock app.

OK, in FitBit I found "My Versa" and in there,  "Clock Faces" and "Apps".

Clock Faces has my currently applied face only. Apps › by FitBit doesn't have the clock app.

Still confused. Can't even revert to original face.

I have received an email from FitBit requesting that I indicate a "best answer". Well, I've received a reply, but not an answer.

After a bit more searching, it appears that the FitBit instructions that I was following are incorrect as the faces (up to 5) are NOT saved when installed and have to be again downloaded and installed every time a face is changed. Purchased faces have to be verified with the developer every time.

This is an inconvenience that would have prevented me from purchasing a FitBit had I been aware of it.

Just to be clear, I have a Versa model and am using an Android smart phone.

So, no best answer here.....just disappointment.

So....today I received a notification that a software update is available. I installed it and now have the "Clock" app and am able to save up to 5 additional faces and select from them on the watch.

Yeaaa!ahhhh!!

Hello, I’m having the same issue as you. I recently purchased a Versa 2 Fitbit and I can’t find the “clocks” app. It’s not under All Apps> By Fitbit. I searched and it said no results found. My Fitbit app says there are no available updates. Any advice?
