downloaded Fitbit connect app for Mac (with the intention to download music). However not able to proceed beyond the login screen which shows three options - manage my music ; setup a new device; and sync now. On clicking on any of these , it is not logging into the account using google neither username and password. On trying google login it says "Error occurred while connecting with google .Please try again"
Hi, are you logged in on your Fitbit account on your mobile device? If yes, then it should connect automatically on your iMac. If no, log in and try again.
