notification service not running Redmi note 13 pro +

Hi there..

I am struggling to get notifications to come through on my Versa 3. 

My phone is a Redmi Note 13 Pro+ firmware updated and the Fitbit app is up to date.

I clear the Cache in the app, log back in and the notifications work again. A little while later the notification service stops working and the Fitbit app tells me to restart the phone which doesn't work.

I think it's an android problem as I didn't have these issues with my last android phone. I have the same watch.
