seriously? the thing won't stay down. the only thing holding on is the lower edge. the other 3 are glue free at this point. end of september/early oct i received this.
am i stuck with another 1 hour phone call with fitbit like when i had my software issues after firmware upgrades last time?

Hi @mcguyver123 Yes you need to contact Support, but use a method other than phone if you dont want to be on the phone for ages.

i emailed them, but then again i did last time too and i was still on the phone for ages.
i just hope the support has improved. it took ages to arrive last time and i doubt they extend your warranty or alter it so you get a new 12 month warranty with each replacement. you know, like a company that has faith in its products might
