I got a new versa for Christmas and when I try to pair to my phone to versa i have the source screen on versa but it doesn't let me click on anything to pair it - it give me "unable to Connect to Versa" Help

@PanamaLori I'm not sure what steps your doing to pair your Versa?
Pairing has to be done by the Fitbit app, not the user.
We need to do an add device through the Fitbit app.

Hi, in order to setup your Versa with your Mobile Device (which one is it and is it compatible with Fitbit), you need to do the following:
1. Install on your Mobile Device (MD) the latest version of the Fitbit app.
2. Put your Versa in the charger and connect it to your PC
3. Be sure that on your MD Bluetooth is enabled.
4. Within Fitbit, press (when no device is present) add a new device. Be sure that on your Versa BT is set to on. Fitbit will start searching for your device and, once found, you will see a four digit number in the display of your Versa and enter that in your Fitbit app.
5. After entering these four digits, the Fitbit app will guide you through the rest of the setup process. When everything goes well, at the end of this process you can press "ready" and you're up and running.
One word of advice, from personal experience, skip the "Setting up Wifi" step, cause that will take a very long time. You can always do that later by going to the page with the clock Faces and scroll down to WiFi settings. Good luck.

Samsung Galaxy S8. I tried rebooting phone and turning on/off bluetooth. from the phone end it looks paired but on teh watch i get the screen that shows source and out put - then it says Pari your phone in your settings app. under blue tooth but nothing happens on the watch
