Thanks for bringing this up. I will be moving this thread to the Versa board as I think it is better suited for it.

 

In this case I'd like to ask some further questions to better understand what could be happening:

  • Are you getting this error message on the Fitbit or on the app?
  • When did this start happening? 
  • Is this for one specific face or for any that you try to download?

In the meantime, I'd like to recommend that you try restarting both your phone and your Fitbit. That will help in getting it all to work correctly.
