So, I have had my Versa a week and have had problem after problem, first it kept coming up with clock error, then I couldn't get notifications, today it came up with clock error again and is refusing to sync, it last synced Saturday, have tried everything, not happy especially as it's not cheap to buy.

Hi
The Versa clock error issue is frustrating. Even standard Fitbit created Clock suddenly disappears from watch leaving the "Clock Error" mode on the watch. I have tried changing clocks too (a painful process to download) and most of the time this fails across too.
I am surprised as why does the Clock Error is appearing when there has been no request to change the Clock and standard FitBit provided default watch face is in use. Its not even 3rd party created watch face and hence the increased frustration. Looking to return the watch if there is no standard solution for this.

Hey @SubAdi, welcome to the Forums.
Have you tried to instructions provided in my previous post? If you haven't, I recommend trying those instructions and also restart your Versa by doing the following:

Have tried the options, however the Clock Error issue does not appear in a predictable manner. I saw it happening twice now - both with Native and third party versa clock face option in the Clock face options list. Why doesn't the Versa revert to a standard factory mode Clock, in case of this unknown issue? (instead of the Clock error screen). The Clock Error should be handled better (again - what's causing this to happen)? Can someone check and fix the root cause. I am sure, I am not the only one having this issue.

Hey everyone -- I've merged a couple of threads together to easily navigate through these reports of "clock error" on your Versa watches.
I have a couple of questions for everyone in this thread:
Thanks for your reports and I hope to hear from anyone reporting this.

I can't get any clock faces to download. Always says error. We have restarted it and unpair did it all over again. This just seems to be more a pain then it is worth. I think returning is a better idea.
