"Data not cleared, sync and try again" without connection access

Before you say it, I don't even know if I have access to any phone or account that the fitbit is paired to

I had a versa (I don't know what model) that I got secondhand. The thing was super slow and laggy, so I decided to perform a factory reset to hopefully speed it up as I wasn't sure what might be on it and such. Ever since that restart it has been stuck on the "Data not cleared, sync and try again" screen

I have already removed it from my phone, so it must be connected somewhere else in some way and I don't have access to whatever that is

So my question is this: Is there any possible way to force the fitbit to start and/or unpair from all devices without even being able to get to the home screen?

If it could help, I do have a windows computer I can connect it to

Maybe try installing the app, set up your account and adding the watch to your account. You may have to do a hard reset for the app to recognize the watch. What its saying may just be because it hasnt been paired with the app for a while. But it can't hurt trying. I gave someone my Versa 2 that they - fitbit - bricked on me, she set it up and it's worked perfectly since then even though it was still paired to an old phone and I never realized it. That's why I'm thinking my suggestion might just work.
