When I go to transfer music files to my versa I keep getting a notification that the "Device is busy." What device is it referring to, my computer or my versa? and how can I fix it?

Hey @thequestionman, how are you today? Since I'm not really sure if that message is referring to your computer or to your Versa, I'd like you to first, review the following requirements:
- Make sure that you followed the steps in this help article: How do i listen to music and podcasts on my Fitbit watch?
- Make sure that your Wi-Fi network is working correctly and that your network type is compatible with your watch.
- After you verify the network is compatible, plug your watch into the charger and make sure it’s in range of your Wi-Fi network. For a stronger Wi-Fi connection, move your watch closer to your router.
- Wi-Fi won’t work on your watch when the battery level is below approximately 25%.
- To download personal music and podcasts, your watch and computer must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Follow the steps below to verify your devices are connected to the same network and then try again to download your playlists:
If you still have trouble downloading your playlists, complete the steps below:
If after that, the issue persits, please let me know! 😉

Hey @Jinx99, it is great to see new faces around! Don't you worry, I'll be glad to assist you with this, but first, could you please tell me where are you getting or where are you looking the message "device busy"? Also if you could post a screenshot, it'll be great, so I can further investigate this. 🙂
I'll be around!

in >1yrs since i bought this watch i have never managed to transfer music. always hoping the new update will fix it but never happened. these steps don't work watch is "busy" restarted and everything, even reset to factory settings and nothing. Don't understand why you didn't simply include a way to transfer via usb... so simple

i've had the same problem. i cannot transfer any music of any sort from any app, including my personal music. i've wasted various hours on hold going through the same steps repeatedly. i would just like an update or some solution. at this point i feel fitbit has been a total waste of our money.
