"Find phone" ring tones

I like the find my phone app by Fitbit that helps me to locate my phone at home. I have lately change to OPPO Find X3 Pro and found that the phone only beeps instead of rings when I am trying to locate it. Later I found that the phone only ring if Fitbit App is open. And usually I open open the app when I sync my Versa. Does anyone know how can set the phone to ring instead of beeping please? I never had this issue with my previous phone.

Obviously when I am using Find Phone, I don't know where my phone is and therefore cannot open the app. Just a side note, I have granted permission for Fitbit App to run in both foreground and background.

Hi @JanHunter - it is probable that the Fitbit App is being shutdown by the phone due to battery savings, try disabling that and it should respond to find the phone and also give you notifications even when the App is not in foreground.

The alert sound is probably a phone builtin feature.
