The HR monitor is working, but on the Fitbit app it showing "no measurements".

Logged in on the official website and the dashboard is displaying the HR log.

Can someone help with getting the information log on the app?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Ferdimage.

Congratulations on your new Fitbit Versa! I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern about the heart rate tile on the Fitbit app showing "no measurements". Thank you for confirming that the heart rate monitor is working and you can see the information on the website.

I recommend restarting the app and your phone. Sometimes when you click on the tile it takes some time to load the information. I also recommend checking this post with instructions which helped some users to resolve this issue.
