"Nothing New here" screen keeps popping up

The "Nothing New Here - You're all Caught Up" screen keeps popping up (with a vibration) and then it takes me to the exercise app and the Run tracker starts. I have it sitting on a table and it's going back and forth between the Nothing New Here and Run screens.
I've restarted about 10 times and it's still happening; any other suggestions?
Thank you

@eisiam Yes, at this point I would reach out to Customer Support again if factory resets are not helping. Good luck.

@eisiam I admit it is weird. It seems like it's glitching. Since you have already tried several reboots, I would restore the tracker to factory defaults. Performing factory reset will wipe all data from your Versa, so make sure to sync it first. You will also have to remove the tracker from your Fitbit account (in the Fitbit mobile app) and Paired Devices list in your phone Bluetooth settings. You can perform factory reset by opening Settings app on Versa, scrolling down to About and taping Factory Reset. You will have to set up Versa again by adding new device in the Fitbit mobile app.

thank you Marrrmaduke

I've done a factory reset, and it keeps happening...Fitbit tech support told me to do another factory reset, but I think I'll just try to exercise the warranty

Mine is doing the same things.  Did you ever find a solution?

I contacted customer service and they sent me a new Fitbit.

It’s the second replacement I’ve had in a year, so customer service is pretty responsive about these problems.

My son's Versa is experiencing the same issue.   Any ideas?   What customer service number has other folks used?  Thanks.  A frustrated Dad.

How to reset without charger. It's very annoying!
