Purchased the Versa 2 model today and when tried to connect to notifications on app it shows the "notifications service not running" error. I have unistalled and reinstalled the app and it worked.. but when the phone and internet and watch gets disconnected with each other I'm facing the same issue again.
Please help

I would like to know what is the brand and model of your phone.
In the meantime, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

I have tried all the ways and it didn't work.
My mobile is One Plus 6T.
Please resolve ASAP, because yesterday I have purchased Fitbit and new Versa 2 model.

After my last update the notifications stopped on my versa. I have tried all of the troubleshooting solutions listed. Please help!
