"Oops. Looks like there's no internet connection" on my Versa 3 when using Fitbit App Gallery

I'm going on to gallery and it's saying 'oops. Looks like there no internet connection, try again later' 

I've tried clearing cache and even setting it up as a new device, I've moved closer to the router and reset my phone and my watch

What do I do??

Hi @MiaDucks - this is most likely a phone configuration issue and nothing to do with WiFi and you can verify that by turning off phone WiFi and trying, you will probably get the same result.

Rather, see No internet connection even though the phone is seemingly connected to the internet.
