I keep getting this message when browsing apps or clock faces for my versa. As you can see, I have an internet connection that works just fine. For some reason though, after a few minutes I start getting this error. Sometimes retrying will fix the problem, other times I have to back out of the app entirely for it to begin working again. This doesn't effect my ability to use my Versa, but it's not a good user experience.
Turning mobile data on and off does not help.

as-is during the initial installation process. It is also able to use
this infrastructure to upload my recorded data during a synchronization
process. Surely if some of the engineers at Fitbit can figure out how to
get the device to talk to a Fitbit server in a secure fashion, then maybe.
these engineers should share that knowledge with the **ahem**s that developed
the chunk of code responsible for clock faces.

@mquinz actually the Charge has an encrypted connection with the fitbit app, the data gets sent to the app, the fitbit app passes the data into the cloud services.
The charge does not connect directly to the Internet.

to talk to the app and that the app can talk to Fitbit servers for some
features. Obtaining clock faces apparently is not one of those. What a
stupid design decision.

Every clock face that I have loaded, was loaded through the phone and Bluetooth. I've done all updates. Concluding firmware, this way since I do not have a local WiFi.
I did see one face that was so large, that it would not let me load through BT. It gave me this warning, to continue connect the watch to WiFi

Versa 3, Samsung 10e. On phone home page, swiped down, selected gear icon (Settings) at top, Connections, More connection settings. Private DNS showed dns.adguard.com. Turned that off. Now can access gallery (i.e., no "Oops" message.)

This is the same with me, only when WiFi is off does it work. Think this is something fitbit will need to work on and fix
