Hello I updated my Fitbit to the new firmware and I tried to make some changes but when I press on clock faces or anything I get the error message "oops looks like there is no internet connection".

Hi @Ghazwan - this is quite a common issue on new phones - check the phone security setup see No internet connection most notably Private DNS
