"Oops. Looks like there's no internet connection" when trying to download a clock face on Versa 3

I've been trying to change my watch face. Everytime I go into Gallery it says that Internet is not available. I have factory reset it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still isn't working. I've contacted Fitbit support and did everything they told me. Previously mentioned. Can anyone please explain why it's not working

Hi there, @Khogan99 . Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot this issue before reaching out.

The "Oops no internet connection" issue can be caused by the use of the following on your phone:

  • VPN
  • AdBlock software
  • Security software
  • Private DNS

Hope this helps.

I just bought my Versa 3 a couple hours ago and am getting the same "no internet connection," msg when I try to change watch faces, get into the gallery, or try to log into Spotify premium via the Fitbit app. Pandora and Deezer won't let me log into my premium accounts via the fitbit app either. I do not have a VPN and I've Uninstalled/reinstalled the fitbit app as well as factory reset the watch already. ALL my other devices work just fine on my home network. I've read supports responses to people with the same or similar problems and so far nothing has worked.. If this issue cannot be resolved, I'll be returning this product in a few days and leaving a 1 star review.

Hi @Slapshot38237  - click on the link No internet connection

On newer phones you may have private DNS enabled by default, that will stop certain functions within the Fitbit App working for sure, even if everything else works.
