"Oops. Looks like there's no internet connection" when trying to download a clock face on Versa

Hello! Long time fitbit user 🙂 

For some reason after the last update I am unable to change my clock face. I gave trouble shoot for weeks and have tried many suggestions but nothing has worked. I keep getting this message.

Help please!

Hi there, @AshiemusPrime. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa and the image attached. 

 

The "Oops no internet connection" issue can be caused by the use of the following on your phone:

 

  • VPN
  • AdBlock software
  • Security software
  • Private DNS

Was able to switch faces for a long time.  Tried to check what you posted, still no changes.  What do you suggest now?
