"Oops. Looks like there's no internet connection" when trying to access the Fitbit App Gallery

I connected my Fitbit to Wi-Fi using the Fitbit app, but when I try to access Alexa or the Gallery, I get a message saying, "Oops, looks like there's no internet connection." I've tried restarting my Fitbit, reconfiguring the Wi-Fi settings, updating the software, and restarting my router, but nothing has worked.

My device is the versa 2. Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi there, @Akhil0510. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that you're still getting the same error. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

The "Oops no internet connection" issue can be caused by the use of the following on your phone:

  • VPN
  • AdBlock software
  • Security software
  • Private DNS
