I have valid visa debit card bundled with contactless technology and everything. However when I try to add that card number to FitBit pay it displays message "Please add valid card number." I'm able to add my other credit card without problems, but debitcard format is not recognized. Please check how you validate card number format and fix it for the next version. For obviuos reasons I can't share my card details with you for easier reprosteps but hope this gets fixed as I really appreciate this feature.

@cyberprodigy Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry to hear that you can't add your debit card to your Versa. Is the debit card from the same bank as your credit card? If it is from a different bank have you check if it shows on the Supported banks list? Also try restarting your Versa by doing the following:
1.- Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2.- Let go of the buttons.
3.- If your Fitbit watch doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.
Now retry the card setup process.

Fitbit, will you be adding Discover to wallet capabilities? They are a major brand but are not listed or accepted by you yet.

@Ekfricke Welcome! It's great to see you around. Sorry for the delay in my reply. I am not sure how easy or complicated the process may be. Still you can two things. First you can vote for the idea in our Feature suggestions board and the other is contact your credit card company and ask for the integration.

Hey there - just bought my Fitbit Versa yesterday and was super excited but is now pissed off.
I was able to add 2 debit cards into my Fitbit pay but it won't let me add a credit card (from the same bank of one of the two cards already in my Fitbit pay wallet) and my Amex.
First the error said to check the bank (duh!) and then I turned off my fitbit and re-did the process and now the error message says "There was a problem verifying your card details with your issuer. Please verify and try again."
The card is definitely listed on the approved banks (and cards list from ANZ fitbit pay) so this is obviously an error in fitbit.
Can you please help how to resolve this? I am really very frustrated now.
