I just changed my clock face on my Versa and at the same time, it looks like i had a software update. Now the message on my clock face is "Please select a profile in the settings". How do I do this?

Hi, I have several questions about this issue:
1. Which clock face did you DL? One made by Fitbit itself or a third party one. If the last one, what's the name of this clock face?
2. Did the update fully completed and succeeded. you can check that by going to the settings of your Versa, scroll down to Device info, click that and you will see the latest version your Versa is using.
3. Meanwhile you can try and reboot your Versa twice by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo on your display and release the buttons. Hope this helps.
