Trouble seeing time on versa special addition 

moving wrist back and forth does not show time 

I must tap hard 3 times before time is seen on face of watch   Does not seem right fear of breaking screen

any suggestions watch purchased 5 months ago.

Hold in left side button a few seconds;  look for 'Screen Wake'; tap to toggle on or off.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

@AD60 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not turning on when moving your wrist to see the time.

 

I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if if it got resolved after following the workaround that shared my friend @JohnnyRow.
