I just got my versa yesterday and one of the main reasons I purchased it was the personal music download directly to the device. However, when I go to transfer music from my mac to my versa, I get "Device storage is full, can't transfer anymore playlists at the moment" but I don't have anything on there..... Please help !!!!

@Kdrew Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! This is odd, have you retried this process again after your post? I suggest you restart your Versa by doing the following:
1.- Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2.- Let go of the buttons.
3.- If your Fitbit watch doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.
Also which program are you using to transfer music to your Versa? Make sure you restart your computer and that the Versa is fully charged and retry again.
Let me know how it goes!

Hi @AlvaroFitbit & @Kdrew,
I did see a thread with a community member experiencing the same thing with the Ionic. There didn't appear to be a solution in that thread though.

Hello, I have tried the process you suggested above as well as tried installing, uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit Connect app for Mac which proved to be unsuccessful. I have also made sure that all 3 of my devices (phone, macbook and versa) are all connected to the same network (I have a 2.4G network), I have restarted the versa and even uninstalled and reinstalled the music app on my versa. I have also tried troubleshoots under the 3rd party integration and "why can't I download my personal playlists to my Fitbit watch" and I keep getting the same message popping up about my device being full. It's dissappointing as the music feature was a significant reason for my upgrade to the versa.

@Kdrew really sorry for the delay in my reply. The other thing I can think of is doing a Factory Reset on your tracker (settings > about > Factory Reset) then set it up again on your account. After this retry adding music to your Versa. @WavyDavey thank you for the update, hopefully there is something that can be done here.
Keep me posted!

Thank you for the suggestions. I was able to download music onto my versa by creating playlists of no more than 10 songs. For some reason if I tried to transfer a playlist that had more than 10 songs I would receive that error code. Not ideal but atleast I have music on my device now. Thanks for all the help!

@Kdrew thank you for getting back to me and for providing your solution to this issue. Not sure why this happened but at least you are making use of the feature on your Versa and this information may help other members in the same situation. Hopefully you will be reaching your fitness goals in no time.
I'll be around!

I am also getting this error. I can upload very small playlists at one time (~40 songs), and I can see that I have a lot more room for music, but the moment I try to upload a playlist more than 100 songs, my fitbit ionic will not have it. I've tried deleting and re-downloading the fitbit macbook app, as well as re-installing the music app. Not working! I really wish this feature worked properly. I just bought my Fitbit Versa two days ago!!

Before I was getting the error message saying the storage was full on my Fitbit, I was having trouble transferring a playlifst of over 250 songs. When the transfer was completed I would see that the transfer was only bringing over half of the playlist. I was able to finally do a transfer of all of my play list by deleting any other playlist on my macbook that had any of the songs in the playlist I was trying to transfer. Heads up, if you restore your Fitbit make sure to delete any playlist you currently have on your Fitbit or you’ll start getting the message that your storage is full. That’s the issue I’m now trying to figure out... Hope this helps.
