I'm getting this error message going across my versa lite "To start, download the fitbit app" as well. But I've done what they hv suggested here. Uninstaller app and reinstalling. I hv deleted device and added it bk . And redownloaded. It stops towards the end of downloading and says the error message again on fitbit and on the app just keeps saying downloading or searching for device. 

Can anyone help me fix this

Hi @butterflygrl after downloading the Fitbit app let's perform the add device and setup your Fitbit tracker. This message is telling you that the tracker needs to be setup.
