"Today" is not updating

Over the past few days I have noticed that the Today app on my Versa is not updating. I only have data on there from Monday of this week for exercise and sleep. I tried restarting the Fitbit and I've had my phone's bluetooth on for a while.

Hi dis you recently updated to the new Firmware version? If yes, the Today screen is not updated fully. To update it, you can do two things:

1. On the Dashboard in your Fitbit app, press the watch icon on top of the screen and you go to the page where the Clock Faces and App tiles are shown. in My apps, the Today screen is listed at the top, see if there is a settings icon on the right side. If yes, press it and you see if it needs updating and do it.

2. Put your Versa in the charger and connect it to your PC and leave it there for at least two hours, after which the Today screen should be updated.

If you did not update recently, contact Customer Support about this.

Make sure the permissions on the today app are enabled (all of them) then restart phone and versa. You can check the permissions on your phone app.
