Can anyone advice why is Versa behaving like it does not detect it even when it is already paired.

Device: Samsung Note 9

Hi Juan, i think fitbit need to improve alot the link was an error link Error: Error ID: 1067616541-5545 (-1729621941)

what about when it tells you this and your fitbit is synced and right next to the device

Still i dont find the link helpful this is like exist with about attending to u, tell me about dedicated support. FitBit is not cheap too.

"This app cannot be installed on your device. Your device is not connected."

Please advice i bought Versa not to troubleshoot for value. But to my convienece of less self support but looking forward as a user not a IT tech troubleshooter.
