"Undefined" message on my Versa?

What does it mean when message on Versa states "undefined"?

@jah61 Can you please elaborate? Where? On the clockface? In place of steps, heartrate, etc.? I'm suspecting you're talking about stats on the clockface. If that's the case, it would mean you're using 3rd party that needs an update to be compatible with the Versa firmware. Please change the clockface, preferably to one of Fitbit originals.

Is this message showing up on the Versa itself when you try to sync, or when you try to add another app, or when exactly does it appear? Let me know.

It just appeared on my versa above the time on my clock face. I changed clock face and it is gone. The clock face I was using was not from Fitbit and it no longer appears as an option.

@jah61 That confirms my suspicions. I'm glad it's working now. If you really liked that 3rd party clockface you were using, you can try contacting developer using the contact link on the clockface page in your Fitbit mobile app. Good luck and happy holidays!

I have two iPhones the one I’m using in Mexico has also Fitbit app set up with my Fitbit versa I’m now using here. App is also on my other phone. Who is the third party? Still has undefined on my watch face. Does not show steps.
