Hi,
I've just received a Warranty replacement and while attempting to set-up and the phone displays "Enter the number on your Versa's display" the phone wakes-up and displays "Unlock with Your Phone".
I've tried the soft and hard reset and described in other threads on here, no change.
I'm using Andriod HTC.
Any ideas?

Thanks for sharing detailed information about this situation, as well for troubleshooting your Versa on your own. It's unusual that you're getting that message when you just got that watch and let me help you out. I was able to get in touch with our Support team and apparently they've send you an email with more details to work on this. Please make sure to check your inbox, spam and junk folders.
