Guys...I purchase the original Versa approximately a year ago, loved it so well, I upgraded to a Versa 2, great watch, absolutely love it...
Unfortunately, the charging cradle was designed with the charging cord mounted on the very bottom, which interferes with the cradle sitting on a flat surface, too much cord protruding from the bottom of the cradle. I even creased the cable to fit in the slot designed for the cord, there just isn't a correct way to position the cord to get the cradle to sit flat on any surface.
Anyone have an idea, is there a accessory and/or attachment missing?
I spoke with two (2) Fitbit representatives by phone, either one had a clue, their answer to me was, "That is the Way it is"
Even after an email to Fitbit, I still got, "we don't care attitude"
BTW: the charging cradle for the original Versa has the best / correct design, the charging cord protrudes from the rear, it doesn't interfere with sitting on any flat surface, unfortunately the two (2) cradles will not interchange from Versa to Versa 2
