"Waterproof" watch has died in water

I always take the watch off to shower/bathe, but swam with it for the first time this year yesterday and the watch didn't survive. It was a paddling pool about 70cm deep! It needs replacing but the stupid contact us bit it only allowing me to use the community forums... how on earth do I actually speak to someone at fitbit to replace it?

Hi @FutureSuperMum - if it's under warranty, 1 to 2 years depending on country law, the quickest way to resolve it is to take it back where you bought it for replacement, hopefully over the counter.

You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
