"We found your tracker" but no connect

Take it out of your case.   Last resort and it worked.   I tried everything listed.   Then I decided to take it out of its case.   Wow!

 

I tried everything listed.  Still no connecting my iPhone with my versa.   So I thought I’d take it out the phone case and guess what?  It worked.
