The user manual for Versa says "While the watch charges, tap the screen to check the battery level. Tap the screen twice to use Versa while it charges."
Does this mean we have to single tap to check the battery level??
My versa is just 4 days old and the tapping is not working at all while charging. It does work when not charging.
While charging I have tap multiple times like 5 - 6 times with pressure to wake up the screen. Is this normal?

@hussainB no tracker recognizes the taps. I did not count them. Sometimes it's one strong tap for the screen to come alive. But if the tap is not strong enough, I have to do it again. I wouldn't really worry much about it. And definitely would not try to tap the screen really hard just to wake it with one tap...

@hussainB pretty much. Basically it needs to be quite strong tap as the charging dock kinda immobilizes the tracker. Mine is the same.

How many time do you have to tap to wake while it charges? Also do you know what the manual means when it says "While the watch charges, tap the screen to check the battery level."?
Is it referring to a single tap?

Also when you say immobilizes the tracker, does that mean that it does not use the touchscreen to recognize the tap? Is it using some other sensor to recognize the tap?
