replaced 1st Versa, now 2nd one is dead.

Total junk. We thought we were upgrading from the Alta to the Versa, but we had to replace first one because the screen was sliding back and forth on it’s own and was unresponsive. Fitbit sent a replacement under warranty, but the replacement QUIT WORKING! Now we have a $200 paperweight. Their customer service was nice enough, but niceties do not cover up the fact their product is junk, and the nicest folks can’t cover that up. We won’t buy another one.

Lots of us were burned by the Versa.....spend some time on these forums. By what I’m seeing the versa2 looks a little sketchy already as well.
