replacement within warranty period

How do I go about a replacement on my Versa 2 within the 1 year warranty period ( 12/16/2020 original receipt) the heart rate and sleep tracking stopped back in July and seems it is a known issue with in fitbit?  I can not find details on HOW to get a replacement though - HELP !

If we have the same issue with no heart rate or sleep tracking  ( since July 2021 !) and ARE still in the warranty period( I have the original receipt)  how do we get it replaced? there is limited information anywhere!
