There are quite a few posts where people are reporting this issue. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear to be repairable. If you contact customer support they will be able to check your warranty status and advise on your options: contact support

mine has happened like what you said after 11 months & they have said my one has discontinued and that basically they’re gonna give me a refurbished watch from ppl who have sent it back from being wrong colour wrong strap or size i’m sorry but i spent a lot of money for this product i don’t want a secondhand fitbit watch. So i advise you to think about your decision to buy a fitbit product. I am so disappointed with fitbit.
