screen turn on by itself and steps counted when typing on my pc

hi, i would like to know if there is a solution why my versa screen turn on when i move my arm, i have disabled quick view and screen wake. 

i have also earn 3k more of steps while stting down doing work with my pc.

The screen will also turn on with a double tap on the screen or by pushing the button.

As for steps, while Fitbit does a good job filtering out arm movements, it is designed to count your leg movements by looking at the movement of the arm. Sometimes false steps will be counted as in other times steps will not be counted.
