Hello,
I am having, what seems to be a common problem among Versas. But it was a gift so I have no idea if I got mine for Christmas of 2019 or 2018 (2020 has felt like an eternity)
I KNOW there was a way to find out the start date or Original Sync date of you device, but i can't find it now?
I would hate to still be within Warranty and not use it.

Hi @FixMyVersa you're right 2020 seems to have lasted forever. You might get the information from customer support directly. Try them. USA: call (877)623-4997 between the hours of 4 am-8 pm PST Mon-Fri, and 6 am-5 pm PST on weekends.
