The step counter still has yesterday's count showing for today and it won't add new steps. Everything else reset fir the day.

Hi @Sheryl1 I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue. Please try restarting your Versa. You do this by holding down the left button and the bottom right button until you see the Fitbit logo. You may need to do this a few times, but fingers crossed it does the trick for you. If you are still having a problem, you may want to try a shutdown. You do this from the settings icon (gear), scroll to the bottom and tap About, scroll to the bottom again and you will Shutdown. I hope one of those things does the trick for you. Good luck!
