steps during cycling exercise and heartrate difference compared to charge2

At the moment I wear a charge2 (which I use since a year) on my right and the versa (version 32.32.10.15) on my left hand. Both are setup identically and the strap tightened before the exercise.

I started the exercise when I sit on the bike already. Why is versa counting 670 steps ?
Those 670 step are also roughly the difference if you look at the total steps of the day !

 

VERSA

Besides the step issue the versa and the charge2 differ completely regarding the heartrate. Versa is missing the peak after abount 8 minutes completely.

Can a moderator please comment if both issues are

1 know and

2 under examination by the technicians ?

Otherwise I will have to return my Versa and stay with my charge 2 😞
