steps not tracking on account and sleep not tracking.

My fitbit is not keeping up with my hourly steps or sleep or heart beat. Mostly it's only working on my watch not my account on l I need. .

@Al-B Welcome to the forum. If the steps and other stats are tracked on your watch (you can see them on Versa in the Today app - swipe up on the main screen to open), then it is the sync issue and not the tracker issue. Please try rebooting your phone and your tracker (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo appears. For Versa Lite - press and hold the back button for 10 seconds). If this does not help, please remove the tracker from the paired devices list in your phone's bluetooth settings, reboot the phone (do not pair in settings again), reboot Versa, open fitbit app and sync.
