I am trying to set up Versa and iphone.

Am stuck at "connecting to tracker" 

Have tried ALL suggestions in Fitbit troubleshooting - STILL STUCK!

This happened to me too.  I spent most of this week trying and retrying everything.  Finally I tried opening settings on my iphone go to General:reset:reset network settings:enter your passcode:tap reset network settings.  You will then have to reenter your internet password to get started.  Hope this helps.
