the firmware update that screwed up my Versa 2

I am so sick and tired of having my Versa 2 not doing what it is supposed to do since the last firmware update!!!!

My heartrate is always at least 40 to 50 BPMs to low, it won't sync with the app and I have to charge it every 3-4 days when I could easily go for 7 days before the update!!

What pisses me of the most??? Fitbit pretending they don't know about the problem and saying I probably wear the watch the wrong way, I'm probably more fit now so that's why my heart rate is now lower or asking me to redo the actions I already did to fix it (I tried EVERYTING!!)

Dear Fitbit,

With all those unsatisfied customers I hope you won't continue to give us a rebate on a new watch and then ignore our mesages. Because no one wants to deal with a company that is not honest. People are switching to Garmin, samsung and Apple while you still pretend like the problem doesn't exist!!!!

Seems like this is quite a common issue. following the recent updates, as it was working fine before.

In which case its probably best to inform Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

The update completely wiped out my Versa. Worked great, no issues then the update. Killed my battery, will not hold a charge nor will it charge with it sitting in the charger. I am thinking about replacing it with an Apple Watch.

I've posted two threads about this happening with mine and it's super irritating. I've tried it all and it drove me crazy because I thought it was my watch going bad but I saw so many other people experiencing the same thing but yet fitbit has yet to address this issue and I don't even bother contacting them because from what I've seen they try and tell people they're doing something wrong and it's not them.
